-Scarves (Hijabs) & Plain Hijab Caps
In the interests of hygiene, we have a strict no refunds/exchange policy on scarves (hijabs) and hijab caps which have been worn/show signs of wear. If you need to try on a hijab and/or a hijab cap, please only do so by wearing another hijab underneath.

Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s)) shall be returned to the customer.

-Accessories
In the interests of hygiene, all of our accessories (including embroidered hijab caps, embroidered hijab/head bands, hijab pins and all jewellery) have a strict no refunds/exchange policy.  Please ensure you have carefully read all product descriptions, fabric compositions and measurements to help you make an informed decision before placing your order. ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from PRECIOUS NOOR, if you have not yet received your order.  Please contact info@preciousnoor.com  as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund.

All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 7 working days starting the day after you receive your order.  Orders with custom-made measurements must be cancelled within the same day they are placed.  If your order has been already processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures detailed above so we can process your refund. We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned exclude shipping costs.  The cost of return and care of the package are your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore; we recommend for security purposes that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

Refusing or not accepting to receive the shipped order

Once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. Shall a customer show no response to a courier company, or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order at its destination, the parcel will be returned to PRECIOUS NOOR.  We in its turn reserve the right to deduct from the client the following: shipping charges (both ways).  Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the customer. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order; a new order will need to be placed.  We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.

Clearance/Outlet & Sale Items

Any Clearance/Outlet/Sale items cannot be refunded. REQUEST REFUNDS

We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will exclude shipping costs.

If the date on your credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, it is not possible to refund to a different card. The refund will go to the old card number with credit, the funds will transfer to the correct account, though it may take longer than normal.

If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Please note, in the case of a full refund being demanded, all complementary items received within the package must be returned too. If your item was a part of a promotional package, i.e. Buy one get one free; the free item must also be returned, otherwise, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount initially due.
All returns are processed in order of arrival. Once received, a return may take up to 7 working days to be processed or more during busy and sale periods.  If you have not heard from our returns team within 10 working days of your parcel being delivered, please contact info@preciousnoor.com.  Customers will receive an email notification once their return has been processed (please check your Spam/Junk folder for this automated message). A client holds full responsibility of providing correct measurements to PRECIOUS NOOR Team. In case of a custom made item return, the client shall bear the costs of delivery and 30% of the item (s) price.  Please note that due to incidents of measurements being incorrectly provided, the minimum length of the custom-made item(s) is 140 cm, min sleeve length is 61 cm. Shall a customer request shorter than 140 cm and 61 cm length respectively, the item(s) will be still cut as per above standard length.

We will only offer a refund for clothing if the garment/s is/are unused, unwashed, in perfect resalable condition with the PRECIOUS NOOR Swing Tag(s) still attached. We cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.

Orders prepared in a standard time period will be shipped via standard USPS and delivered in 3-10 business days after the parcel is shipped.
Delayed orders will be shipped via express USPS and delivered in 2-3 business days after shipping.

Orders prepared in a standard time period will be shipped via standard USPS and delivered in 3-10 business days after the parcel is shipped.
Delayed orders will be shipped via express USPS and delivered in 2-3 business days after shipping.
We try to make sure that our standard order preparation + delivery period will be 7-10 business days after the date you place your order. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters, severe weather conditions and any Act of God.

After receiving delivery confirmation for the selected method of delivery, we will not be held responsible for any missing parcel disputes. We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.
We will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided to PRECIOUS NOOR.
We will not accept responsibility for the breakage/damage of any of our products that may occur during transit. PRECIOUS NOOR ensures that all products are packaged to safeguard protection during the delivery process.
All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 7 working days starting the day after you receive your order. Orders with custom-made measurements must be cancelled within the same day they are placed. If your order has been already processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures. We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned exclude shipping costs. The cost of return and care of the package are your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore; we recommend for security purposes that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

Refusing or not accepting to receive the shipped order
Once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. Shall a customer show no response to a courier company, or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order at its destination, the parcel will be returned to PRECIOUS NOOR. We in its turn reserve the right to deduct from the client the following: shipping charges (both ways). Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the customer. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order; a new order will need to be placed. We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.
